Of the approximately 100 billion sq. ft. of glass façades worldwide, less than 1% is cleaned by robots. The industry continues to rely heavily on manual cleaning, exposing workers to significant risks from heights, high winds, and extreme heat.

Our flagship innovation, E.L.M.O. (Enhanced Lightweight Mobile Operator), is an autonomous, battery-powered façade-cleaning robot engineered to make high-rise window cleaning safer, more efficient, and cost-effective. Weighing just 16 kg, E.L.M.O. combines a lightweight design with a patented, non-contact suction system that enables it to stick to glass surfaces, climb, and clean exterior façades. It has been tested in wind speeds of up to 80 km/h.

E.L.M.O. integrates proprietary suction and cleaning technologies, including scrubbing, designed to tackle stubborn dirt, hard-water stains, and bird droppings. Its engineering enables edge cleaning and navigation around obstacles, while its autonomous operation and return-to-home functionality support efficient cleaning workflows.

Designed to reduce dependence on hazardous manual cleaning methods, E.L.M.O. can clean up to 4,000 sq. ft. per hour, helping operators improve productivity while reducing operational costs. Its compact form and battery-powered operation eliminate the need for cranes and permanent façade-cleaning infrastructure.
